Shipping is not available to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. After your order is successfully paid, our warehouse requires 1 to 3 business days to process and prepare your order for shipment. You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order has shipped. Most packages arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe; however, actual delivery dates may vary due to factors such as carrier operations, flight schedules, weather conditions, or other external circumstances. Please refer to your tracking details for the most accurate delivery updates. If your package has not been delivered, or if tracking shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, you must contact Customer Service within 10 days of the order date so we can investigate. What is your return policy? Your satisfaction is important to us. We offer returns and exchanges only for items received in damaged condition and all cases must be approved. Eligible items must be unused, unworn, and accompanied by proof of purchase and a clear photo of the damage. Washed items will not be accepted, and items must be free of smoke, cologne, or deodorant odors. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges: If you need an exchange, please include the desired item and or size in your email request. If the original item is out of stock, you may select another item of equal value that is available in our store. All apparel and accessories are final sale, with store credit issued only.
